Jan Bonnett has been a Realtor® since 2006 and has earned a reputation for providing exceptional service among her clients. Jan comes to real estate with a background in counseling, which has served her clients well. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa and worked as an individual psychotherapist for several years before transitioning to a career in real estate.

Jan finds that the counseling and real estate professions are not all that different and her professional experience and skills in counseling translate well into her work as a Realtor®. She still works with people to problem solve, negotiate and reach their goals in what is often a stressful time and buyers and sellers look to her as someone they trust to help them make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Jan also ensures that your home buying or selling experience is seamless and that your interests are professionally represented and protected throughout the process. Her strong work ethic means she is incredibly reliable, always taking excellent care of her clients. She is known for going above and beyond - researching and providing extra information on areas, while handling all of the many details that come up during a transaction. Jan has extensive experience in relocation and can assist buyers and sellers who are transferring into or out of the Denver metro area.

While Jan is incredibly devoted to real estate, she takes plenty of time to spend time with her husband, Carl, and their two adorable miniature schnauzers, Spencer and Barkley. Jan is also active in her community and volunteers for DenverWorks, a non-profit organization that serves low income and unemployed individuals with programs and services to assist them in obtaining employment. Jan resides in Southeast Denver and enjoys traveling, hiking, biking and taking advantage of all the amenities Colorado has to offer.
